Redeem NFT

When you purchase one of my artworks you will receive an NFT, which is the digital version of the art piece as well as proof of authenticity ( More on NFT's here ) and a physical piece of art. If you purchased on Rarible.io or OpenSea.io fill out the top form and you will receive the physical artwork associated with the NFT.  If you purchased the artwork through a gallery or in person and need the NFT transferred to your wallet fill out the bottom form.

Purchasing any of the artworks includes shipping worldwide. Please include the information you provided during the purchase of the NFT to verify it is you, and any additional information I may need to successfully ship you the artwork in the additional notes. Any additional questions you can reach me via email or social media.
